# Supabase

**Description:** Supabase MCP server provides AI assistants with access to Supabase's open-source Firebase alternative for database and backend services. It enables project management, database operations, and authentication workflows within the Supabase ecosystem.

**Configuration Parameters:**

* **Supabase Access Token** \* - Personal access token for authentication
* **Project scoped to the connection** - Configuration value (optional)

**Setup Steps:**

1. Log in to your Supabase account
2. Navigate to Project Settings → API → Project API keys
3. Generate a new API token or key
4. Copy the token for configuration
5. Ensure your account has appropriate permissions for Supabase API access
