**Description:** US PTO MCP server enables AI assistants to interact with the United States Patent and Trademark Office's patent search and retrieval systems. It provides access to patent data, trademark information, and intellectual property research capabilities.

**Configuration Parameters:**

* **uspto API Key** \* - API key for authentication

**Setup Steps:**

1. Log in to your USPTO account
2. Navigate to MyUSPTO → API Key Management
3. Generate a new API token or key
4. Copy the token for configuration
5. Ensure your account has appropriate permissions for USPTO API access
